Search on Google for FoCCCus 0.8.6. this tool can be used with a simple ELM327 Interface. Also you can buy extended License for Forscan or also use FoCOM. The FoCCCus Tool is free and you can easily code BCM and ICM with it. Simply search in CCC List for Cruise Control and Speed Limiter and activate both. Then Code BCM. The Ford Focus instrument cluster can be put into a test mode, displaying diagnostic information. Have a newer Focus? Check out the instructions for test mode on the Mk3! Tried enabling via ELM config in MS- Can clicked on the following SRM read and wrote the VIN then > Configuration> set Ford Focus/english UK/Audio Aux input( forFor CS7T modules) also tried other options) then selected BT/VC High+USB+BT Audio then wrote to SRM, goes through the motions and says it's succesful.
