the problem was with the torque (angle) sensor. as mentioned up here at Fiat garage they wanted to replace the whole steering unit including column, motor and wheel for over 4300$ (16,000 in israel coins including labor and vat :bang this is so crazy and made me mad because its the price of new grande car.:bang::bang::bang:
